There is something truly special with the way these 100% pure Beeswax tea lights radiate a warming glow through out a room. This stunning effect is due to the beeswax emitting a bright yet relaxing light within the same spectrum as the sun.

This helps create the perfect ambience for any occasion or evening, making the moment feel both special and relaxed.  Hand poured in small batches in North London, each of these tealights are made from the finest 100% refined Beeswax from London's ethical honey producer 'Local Honey Man' in Walthamstow.

The London Beeswax Company focuses on environmental impact at every stage.  With sustainability and eco-consciousness at the heart of what I do, I didn’t want to create just any candle. From the 100% pure beeswax I use to make the candles, to the pure cotton wicks, to the 100% recyclable packaging, to choosing 2nd class postage – all decisions have been driven by environmental considerations.

The pure beeswax refillable tea lights I sell can be bought with a glass holder which can be reused over and over again. Simply pour washing up liquid into a glass mixing bowl and pour in very hot water. Immerse your tealight container in it. Leave for a little while and hey presto the remnants of the wax will come away really easily. Insert a refill and you now have another tealight with zero waste! Please use the same technique if using your own the tealight holders. The washing up liquid combined with the very hot water is the secret to loosening the remnants of wax.

Care and Burning Instructions:

• Trim wick to 5mm before lighting
• Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings
• Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface
• Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time
• Avoid drafts, vents or air currents. This will help prevent rapid or uneven burning, soot and excessive dripping
• Only burn in a suitable candle holder

Safety:

• To prevent fire and serious injury, burn candle within sight
• Keep away from drafts and vibrations
• Keep out of reach of children and pets
• Never burn candle on or near anything that can catch fire
• Never leave a burning candle or tealight unattended
• Never touch or move a burning candle
